While in Selcuk we stayed at the Akay Hotel
located just across the street from the Isa Bey Camii.
The staff is very helpful and they have a wonderful ottoman
style room to enjoy a few drinks or a huba bubba smoke and
are walking distance from all the sites.
While there we also visited the Selcuk Belediyesi
Havuz Restaurant recommended to us by the hotel. The
decor was modern and up market while the prices including
wine were the same or less than the other local
restaurants.
The Saturday open air market is a traditional Turkish
market with local fruit and vegetables, clothing, some
souvenirs, etc. and worth a browse.
